When you register we collect your name and email address — used solely to manage your event participation (registration, QR entry, attendance, cancellation if you choose). You may optionally provide your company and job title; they are stored on the same contact record. No profiling takes place.
Photos and videos are taken at in-person events and published in online media (e.g. website and social media). You acknowledge this notice when registering. If you prefer not to appear in any recording, tell the event team on site or contact us via soultec.ch — we remove such material on request.
Your details are stored in our CRM (HubSpot) as a contact with an event registration. HubSpot acts as a processor under its privacy policy.
By registering you will receive emails about the event you signed up for — updates, reminders and promotional messages related to this event. You can opt out at any time (unsubscribe link in every email). Marketing beyond this event is only sent with your separate consent.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time, and cancel your registration via the cancellation link. Contact the organisers via soultec.ch.
